Cooking with Food Allergies

We are a group of teens from the FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) Teen Advisory Group. Too often, people living with food allergies can feel left out because they are not eating the same food as others. Unfortunately, food is a big part of people's social life so there is no escaping it. Our mission is to share allergen-friendly recipes so that the food allergic can eat the same food as others while remaining safe and still be included. We hope you find our website beneficial!
